Seah Fong graduated with an LLB (Hon) from the University of London with a Second Upper in 2015. Subsequently obtaining her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2016, she then completed her chambers with Messrs Chooi, Saw & Lim, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2017.

Prior to joining Messrs Ng Kian Nam & Partners, Seah Fong has had exposure with conveyancing, banking as well as banking litigation through her tenure at Messrs SL Yeoh & Co and Messrs Zairina Loh & Wong which then enabled her to gain extensive experience in various areas involving sales and purchase transactions (sub-sales, projects by developers), loan documentation (conventional loans, Islamic loans with various financial institutions and government loans), debt recovery proceedings, execution of judgments, post execution of judgment proceedings as well as estate distribution.

A goal-getter, Seah Fong is currently the partner for our Kuala Lumpur office located at Mont Kiara. Leading and overseeing the conveyancing team, she also advises  clients on debt recovery proceedings.
