Cheah Jia Sing, Cindy, graduated from Multimedia University, Malacca Campus, with degree of Bachelor of Law LL.B (Hons) in 2022 (Second Upper Division). She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 26^th July 2024, after completing her pupillage under the tutelage of Mr. Ng Kian Nam. Upon her admission, Cindy was retained as a Legal Associate with the same firm, where she continues to build her legal career and contribute to its practice.

Cindy assists in a wide range of general civil litigation matters, including life insurance disputes, debt recovery, land disputes, commercial conflicts, estate distribution disagreements, running-down cases, employment disputes, banking fraud cases, government-related disputes, and others. She is also involved in handling interlocutory applications and actively attends case management, hearings, and trials in Subordinate Courts.

In addition to her litigation practice, Cindy has gained valuable experience in non-contentious legal matters. These include assisting with joint petitions for divorce, applications for Letters of Administration, and conveyancing work such as assisting in signing of Sales and Purchase Agreements, loan agreements, and participating in open signing sessions for developers’ files. Her collaborative and detail-oriented approach ensures practical and reliable solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
